We prefer to be paid via PayPal. It is fast. Easy. We never need to have your credit card information. And — so far — we have never had any security concerns. PayPal appears to have some of the best security on the internet. Paypal takes many forms of payments, including echecks, and most credit cards. If you would prefer, you can mail us a check. Items will ship after the check clears. Canadian orders must be paid with PayPal. (PayPal takes care of currency conversion.)
In general, we ship through the United States Postal Service. Most of our larger products, like pillows, require Priority Shipping. The Priority Shipping service includes a tracking number — which we will email to you.
In Minnesota our embroidery tax rules are fairly simple. If the purchaser lives in Minnesota — or if the shipping address is in Minnesota — there may be a tax. In MN, clothing is not taxed. For example, an embroidered sweatshirt is not taxable. However, if you provide us with the garment, and we embroid onto it, that is a service that is taxable. In MN, products like pillows are taxable. If there is a digitizing fee, that is taxable. In MN, tax is calculated on the total of the taxable items and shipping. In MN, the tax rate depends on the seller's business location — for us, Eden Prairie, MN. Presently, our tax rate is 7.275%.
